"Excelent customer service "

"Great location within walking distance to Oia, in a quiet and safe area. The pool area is beautiful, with some rooms offering pools that overlook the ocean—very boho style and charming. The only downside was the water service: they mentioned they would refill the in-room water bottles daily, but during our two-day stay, this wasn’t done, even after I asked at reception. When we moved to a new room, the same issue happened. Aside from that, the staff was very nice and helpful. If you want to stay...

"Everything about this place was.. of course EPIC! the hospitality is unmatched. I asked a few questions that seem like obvious things but they helped me with no problems. They worked with me on the scheduling and gave amazing recommendations about food. The 2 restaurants close to the location were absolutely amazing!! I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay just outside of the busy Oia area. We WILL be back."

"Everything about this hotel was magnificent. Our villa was beautiful kept up beautifully so clean the breakfast was outstanding. The staff was so gracious and helpful they booked excursions for us. Day trips helped us secure an ATV to explore the island and were just overly kind and hospitable When I returned to Santorini. I will definitely be staying here again."

"Property is located in Finikia which is 15 min from Oia. Half a block from the property there is Finikia restaurant which we visited twice. It has great food items. I recommend the lamb chops and Greek pizza… my daughters had the Greek burger which was very good and the blakava was also awesome. The transportation from airport is around $45 one way.. Santorini is about 20 min from Finikia… the staff was very kind and pool was awesome. "

"The views, the location, the staff (Effie, Anastasia and the entire team) were all wonderful! Close enough to Oia for a long walk or minutes by car. The personal Spa was a nice touch as well breakfast room service. If you need a rental car, they work with local companies to deliver the car to you at the Hotel. Our only regret is not adding a couple more days to our stay to extend our enjoyment of this amazing hotel!"
