"Once we rang the phone number on the entrance door the owner came and checked us in and was friendly the location was good to get around The bathroom had been refurbished so was nice We stayed in room 8 a twin room Be careful of what you need from your stay as no bar or restaurant was open Breakfast left in your room to eat but nowhere to sit and eat it The fridge was old and dirty ( I have pictures) collected dirty water in a tray over night as freezer compartment were broken (photo)...

"Our arrival was admittedly very late - 2.30am. TV in our room did not work at all. The 24 hr Receptionist could not communicate so unable to help about the TV. Breakfast was self service Toast/Strawberry Jam and Cereals. Staff hardly any spoke English.We had to leave very early so no experience of whether the Bar was open or not. Very poor quality hotel so will not ever stay there again."

"Just arrived home after a fabulous stay! What a truly glorious place to relax and unwind. The spa was lovely, the food was excellent, and every member of staff made our visit so special. A special thank you to David, Rob (Night Manager), Danny, and Andrew’s, who all went above and beyond to make my friend and me feel so welcome throughout our stay. "Our room was very very hot needs ac ,we was give a large fan but it was very loud. Shower pressure not great. When asked for ice as our water was warm was given minimum which melted very fast, in these hot conditions fridges should be provided. Overall the staff very polite & friendly beautiful building."

But I then found that it coincided with football being shown on a large screen TV just yards away in the courtyard from my window, and that my room was next door to a gents toilet open to the visitors (ie public). "Room was nice and clean and the staff helpful. I was able to park close to the entrance. Breakfast (if you choose to include it) was via a voucher for the services and I had a full english to set me up for the day. One thing to be aware of is that Google Maps shows the hotel rooms here as having air-con. This is not the case and is an error by Google. Both the Expedia and Days Inn websites correctly do not show air con, which should be borne in mind if planning to stay in hot weather. That said...

"Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"
