"Nice property. Great location. However no bathrobes, no pen or notepaper disappointing."

"The hotel was okay, but nothing to rave about. There was a loud banging noise that we could hear in our room all night coming from the hallway area on the 4th floor. It sounded like suitcases being dropped on metal but there was nothing in the hallway. The noise would come on, with 20-40 second gaps for 2 minutes and fade, and then resume in 5-10 minutes again. This went on all night until 6am. Got no sleep and it was very annoying."

"Checked in early, luckily, as the room was ready. That was the only thing good for the one night stay. We walked through the lobby just before 4pm and just after, and the lineup to check in was most wrapped around the bar, unacceptable for a "high" end hotel. Why were there not m"

"Location : Great location, short walk from union station / subway, many groceries/ coffee/ dining nearby. Safety: Area around the hotel feels ok ( does not make me feel unsafe) Atmosphere: Room is clean, with fresh air. Good ambient.Heritage vibe yet modernized as this was renovated. Overall, it is a great choice among others hotel at similar level"
