"I have got the room 114 at first floor.
It should not be a room for human living. It ‘s like sitting in the street. Cannot sleep whole night. I can hear everyone in the street talking including the car engine. The heater is not working also. This hotel should not be acquired by trip advisor. It is very disappointment."

"Absolutely beautiful setting, in a quiet town just outside Cinque Terre. The host makes sure you have everything you need and more. Acces to bus, hikes, convenience stores, restaurants. Couldn’t imagine landing anywhere better. "

"Our host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She helped us book a private boat excursion and obtain the pass for the park which included most access fees and bus. The property has exceptional views of the sunset, a beautiful balcony and cave living room to use anytime. The balcony was our favourite, we were able to have our dinner out there, but used our room one night when the balcony was being used by another guest. We had just as good views. "We had a great stay at hotel Baia. We were able to get discounted beach chairs/umbrellas through the hotel for our stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The hotel is right in front of the beach and steps away from the train station. The room was cleaned well daily and was all we needed. The staff were nice and friendly. We would stay here again!"
