Stort hotell med poolområde

Large hotel with both rooms and apartments. In need of renovation, the toilet smelled of sewage, the lighting in the apartment was a bit dim and the beds were similar to travel beds and were very hard. Okay location, close to a long and nice beach promenade with lots of restaurants. Far to the nearest beach approx. 4km.

Good and comfortable stay

It was a nice stay, the room were good sized and had the basic essentials. There was no drinking water in the rooms but you can always ask at the reception and they are happy to help. The breakfast was good and much better than other top end hotels. The room floor was a little dirty, we had black feet of walked barefoot in the room. The WiFi was very very weak, we barely got any WiFi in the room but it was ok in the main reception downstairs.

Konum itibari ile çok güzel bir yer de. Kahvaltısı çok güzel. Otel odası içi ve çevre temizliği yok denecek kadardı. Birde banyosu ve suyun tazyiği çok iyiydi. Havluları kontrol edip öyle oraya bırakılması lazım bazı insan artığı lekeler çıkmamış. Yıkamış ama görsel olarak görüntüsü mide bulandırıyor

Temizlik açısından çok cok kötüydü. Odanin her yerinde parmak kalınlığında toz vardı.Odada rutubet ve kötü koku vardi.Bastan aşağı kendimiz temizledik yoksa iki gün kalma şansımız yoktu. Kahvaltısı ve havuzu güzeldi. Ama en büyük sorun dediğim gibi temizlikti. Temizlik olmayınca diğer güzelliklerinin Bir önemi kalmıyor.

Müşteri kabul, insan ilişkileri, problem çözme, hizmet kalitesi, temizlik konularında gayet yeterli bir hizmet aldık. Havuzu da gayet temizdi ve küçük değildi.Odalarda gördüğüm eksiklik çamaşır kurutmak için hiç bir düzenek olmaması. Yataklar biraz yıpranmış ama aile fertleri olarak herhangi bir fizyolojik rahatsızlık hissetmedik. Tekrar tercih eder misin diye sorsanız elbette tercih ederim.

Kötü hizmet,

Otele giriş yaparken resepsiyon hizmeti çok zayıftı. Resepsiyona geldiğimde görevli benimle ilgilenmek yerine sadece önündeki ekrana baktı uzun uzun (Benim orada olduğumdan haberdardı) Güleryüz olmadığı gibi normal bir şekilde ilgi de göremedim. Havuz manzaralı oda rezervasyonu yaptırmıştım. Tek kişiye o odaları vermiyoruz dedi ve bana çok kötü konumda bir oda verdi. Gürültü çok geliyordu odaya, oda da temiz değildi. Biraz daha yüksek rakamlar ödeyin ama bu otelde kalmayın tavsiye etmem.
