"It was good stay and was decent hotel but Front desk agent ( guy) needs to improve guest service. He was unprofessional."

"Amazing property. Very clean, all team works hard to maintain tidiness around the building daily. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good central location 2 steps from marina and taxi rank. Comfy bed and pillows. Good variety of food at breakfast with fresh vegs and bakery. Everyone in a hotel team is truly polite and welcoming. Definitely recommend."

"I booked a large sea view room for six nights. The harbour view was spectacular and the staff engaging and very helpful. Just a heads up, because the hotel is right on the Harbour, the water pressure is very low and flushing toilet paper is not permitted, but water pressure in the shower was great. The location is ideal and there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. There is a popular coffee house on the ground floor, as I stayed in late October the hub bub from the street was not...

"Lovely modern room, comfortable bed and good shower. Staff were very helpful"

"Struttura basica e pulita.

"Mara Palace Hotel Fethiye is not a place I would recommend in any way at all. We checked in at about midday which was good but immediately noticed how dated and scruffy the place looked. Carpets had stains, random wall murals on the stairs and the rooms we were given ( 2 twin rooms) had definitely seen better days. Poor decoration , bad tiling, loose wiring , dreadful views on the balconies, and when in the bathroom you could hear everything going on in the next door bathroom - and I mean...

"Small apart hotel . Room condition was good and Hotel crew was helpful but walls are very thin you can hear easily next room noises and conversation."

"Great location. 5 minutes to the promenade and 15 minutes to the Old Town. There’s a small park nearby where you can enjoy a delicious and affordable Turkish breakfast. The apartment is also very nice and spacious. Washing machine, kitchenette, comfortable sofa—it has everything you need."

"Good"

"Clean and spacious room, comfortable bed. Reasonably priced, 6-7 minutes from the bus station and supermarket. Breakfast was basic but good enough."

"The room was very tidy and modern. Beautiful view. Great host. Music (weekend stay) was annoyingly loud until after 4 am and forced us to keep the huge sliding windows closed. Too bad. Also very much of a climb on uneven stairs up to the apartment. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or large luggage."

"Lovely staff, great room"

"All good rooms could be more more cleaner"

"Miralya Homes has a great location in Fethiye! It is pretty spacious, and having access to a washer was very convenient. I found it to be much more reasonably priced than other accommodation options in Fethiye."
