"The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. We would highly recommend & would definitely stay again on our next trip 💜"

"The Riad is simply beautiful. It is located in the centre of Fes and the Riad is nicely decorated. The suites are beautiful, big in size and very colourful. What impressed me the most, the staff and management. They are all educated and helpful. Anour the Manager and the staff, made our stay perfect. They all give you hnest suggestions about the area!
