"I booked a room at a low season from Monday to Thursday, expecting to stay in the main building. However, I was informed that they were unable to accommodate me due to a sewer smell in some rooms. Consequently, I was given a room in a cottage-style lower level building located behind the hotel with no visibility. Unfortunately, this room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of dirty socks and was poorly cleaned . Additionally, the breakfast offerings were quite limited."

"Upon entering the young lady at the desk was friendly and accomodating. It was obvious on the first floor that a remodel was in process but arriving on the 4th floor it was obvious the remodel had been completed. The hallway bright and sharp looking with new carpet. What a big security violation that was to give...

Teenager slept on the extra pullout couch in the living room which was perfect because it was out of the way & didn’t really affect the actual living space. We left the bed pulled out most of the time & it wasn’t too bad getting around it. Mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for an extended stay. We were all a bit sore & craving our own beds by night 5. Amenities were great. I took extra washcloths because other reviews...
