It was a relaxing place to rest after a long drive from Porto city. Surrounded by farmland it was a quiet and serene, Staff was professional. Breakfast was great...ample choice and variety of delicious fresh food. Although we did not utilize, there are two swimming pools available. Added bonus were the farm animals....great for all ages. Enjoyable stay1

Terrible night sleep

Don't get me wrong, the hotel amenities are really nice and breakfast is okay, but both our rooms were right on top of the cafe and while the cafe was open (until around 12am) and as soon as the employees started coming in at around 5.30am there was no sleeping. I mentioned this at the reception and they didn't seem surprised or chocked about the fact that we didn't sleep well at all. Very disappointing.

Hotel ganha pela simplicidade e quartos excelentes. Start bastante acessível e simpático. No entanto a zona das piscinas carece de melhorias a nível de bar, com mais diversidade de produtos e casas de banho na piscina.

Estancia por parada en ruta del viaje. Valoración exclusiva de las dos habitaciones. Manifiestamente mejorable el mantenimiento general de las mismas (silicona baños, cercos plato ducha, cristal ducha, balcón sucio, …), en general limpieza diaria aceptable, con falta de mantenimiento. Si bien son pocas escaleras, es decepcionante carecer de ascensor para al menos el traslado de maletas. En resumen precio/instalación muy desequilibrado.

Simpatia e estadia sem precedentes

Muito boa estadia, muito sossegado com uma vista fantástica. Edifício com elevador. Piscina de água salgada com manutenção muito boa. O Restaurante tem vinho da casa muito bom recomendo o ensopado de borrego. O mais importante, as pessoas do Hotel são muito simpáticas sempre prontas a ajudar. Apreciem o som do silêncio!

É um hotel muito agradável. Os empregados muito simpáticos. No restaurante os pratos são bons e uma boa relação qualidade- preço. No pequeno almoço, visto estarmos no Alentejo podia ter um queijo do Alentejo ou algo típico da zona. No geral um bom sítio para relaxar.

A piscina é muito boa e os funcionários muito simpáticos. Ter um restaurante no próprio hotel com preços muito acessíveis é também uma mais valia. Os quartos do edifício antigo têm realmente um aspeto antigo mas as camas e almofadas são muito confortáveis. O pequeno almoço tem pouca variedade, não existindo também opção de produtos magros A televisão só tinha praticamente os canais portugueses básicos e outros tantos estrangeiros. Como fui com uma criança tinha dado bastante jeito um canal infantil. O espaço geral do hotel também não tem um aspeto muito atrativo. No geral gostei e voltaria a repetir.

Staff were brilliant extremely helpful. Unfortunately the hotel needs a an overhaul, the bathroom was dirty, they need a good housekeeper to sort out the problems. We will not be staying again , very disappointed as we use different Hotels travelling from Spain to Portugal every year.

O balé das Andorinhas.

Hotel fazenda como esses bons que temos em Minas Gerais no Brasil. Vista do campo, e o espetáculo é a natureza, nessa época, o balé das Andorinhas. Café-da-manhã nos foi servido no quarto combinado antes, muito cômodo pra quem quer 1 dia de sossego antes de chegar na agitada Lisboa.

Pleasant stay at Hotel O Gato. Loved the infinity pool! Not much in the area, and the restaurant at the hotel wasn't great, but it was really nice stay in the middle of nowhere and the pool was a huge plus.
