"Comfortable accommodation for a family of four. Great base for exploring Geneva and around (by car), and much cheaper than staying in Switzerland (free flowing movement across border). Supermarkets nearby helpful for self catering."

"We arrvied at the Geneva airport and called the hotel to ask where to wait for the shuttle bus to the hotel. The reception was not helpful on telling where the shuttle bus stops, and hung up before the conversation ended. Finally, we had to go to the hotel by a cab which was costly. This should not happen!!!"
