This hotel is a bit rustic, but overall it’s a nice place to stay. One big plus is the gym — not many hotels on the island have one — so that was great to have. There’s also a decent pool and an on-site restaurant, which made things convenient. The staff is very friendly and genuinely tries to be helpful. Every day around 5 p.m., they offer a complimentary tea time with tea, coffee, and small island treats, which is a really thoughtful touch. The breakfast buffet has a good variety of options, and we enjoyed it. There was one small issue during our stay: when I asked for extra shampoo and more cups, there seemed to be a language barrier and the items never arrived, which was a bit frustrating. Aside from that, we had a nice stay and a good overall experience.

Escolhemos a pousada para comemorar nosso aniversário de casamento e fomos surpreendidos com um carinho que nos emocionou: buquê de flores, cartão com votos especiais e um bolo delicioso nos aguardando. Um cuidado que já mostrou, logo na chegada, o quanto a experiência ali seria diferenciada. O lugar é lindo, a acomodação excelente e repleta de conforto. Os detalhes fazem toda a diferença: chá da tarde, um docinho todos os dias no quarto… pequenos gestos que transformam a estadia em algo ainda mais especial. Mas a verdadeira cereja do bolo é a equipe. Todos, sem exceção — recepção, cozinha, piscina, limpeza — são extremamente educados, gentis e MUITO simpáticos. Não medem esforços para atender bem e fazem com que a gente se sinta genuinamente acolhido. E o próprio Zé Maria é um anfitrião impecável, presente e atencioso, que faz questão de receber os hóspedes em um delicioso churrasco na piscina. Um momento único que traduz perfeitamente o espírito da pousada. Se voltarmos a Fernando de Noronha, não temos dúvida: ficaremos novamente na Pousada Zé Maria. Foi perfeito!

Lugar é incrível, os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, desde a recepção a piscina. Vale falar alguns nomes: Flavio (café da manhã), Jonathan e Jaqueline recepção e abdiel. Local lindo e confortável

A Pousada Zé Maria é um ícone de Noronha. O serviço é impecável tanto no restaurante quanto na recepção. Flexível, favorecem as necessidades dos hóspedes. O quarto é perfeitamente confortável. Apesar de a porta que dá para a varanda não ter chave (bangalô 15) e a pia do banheiro estar um pouco obstruída, o chuveiro é maravilhoso, a cama imensa, travesseiros de qualidade, climatização perfeita e black-out absoluto na porta da varanda. O restaurante é excelente. Além disso, há uma grande gentileza no fornecimento de um vasto lanche, no final da tarde, gratuitamente. Aos domingos, Zé Maria também oferece aos hóspedes um variado e saboroso churrasco, à beira da piscina, como cortesia. A vista da piscina é um espetáculo à parte. Enfim, o único ponto negativo é manutenção da área comum. A jardinagem é precária, a limpeza poderia ser melhor. Com algum cuidado e investimento a mais, o ambiente, que já é privilegiado, poderia ficar no nível das melhores pousadas de Noronha.

Atendimento impecável da equipe da recepção e do café da manhã. Destaque para o funcionário Paulo. Nunca vi um funcionário tão cordial e simpático como ele. Café da manhã muito bom, com produtos de qualidade. O espaço do quarto, na categoria que hospedei, deixou muito a desejar. Não tem nem como abrir a mala. Só se colocar sobre a cama. Se você tem fobia de sapos, não recomendo a pousada. A noite eles dominam o local. As longas escadas até chegar aos quartos que ficam no final da pousada são repletas de sapos. Localização é boa. Dá para ir andando até a Vila dos Remédios. Cerca de 15 minutos de descida. A volta é uma longa subida, que talvez seja melhor o onibus da ilha ou um taxi.

Esperava mais! Avisei que estava comemorando aniversário de 45 anos e não houve nem um parabéns, cartinha ou mimo. Em todos os estabelecimentos onde eu comemoro aniversário, sempre foram gentis e nesse caso, ignoraram completamente aquele que era o motivo da viagem! O Wi-Fi não funcionou no quarto e o AR condicionado fazia barulho e pingava. A banheira externa do bangalô estava cheia desde a minha chegada, o que me desmotivou a usar porque não sei há quanto tempo estava assim, ou se havia sido usada antes ou mesmo se algum animal poderia ter nadado lá!

Fizemos uma viagem em casal e tivemos uma excelente experiência na Pousada Zé Maria. Nós sentimos em casa. Ficamos hospedados no bangalô 2 e foi maravilhoso. Quarto e banheiros enormes, com varanda com hidro de frente p/ o Morro do Pico. Todos os dias recebíamos um agrado no fim da tarde no quarto. A piscina é linda e o restaurante é ótimo. O café da manhã sempre delicioso e com opções de tapioca e ovos feitos na hora. Agradecimento especial ao Flávio, que nos atendia diariamente no café da manhã, sempre com muito carinho e simpatia. A localização da pousada é ótima e nos permite ir aos principais pontos caminhando. Recomendamos e voltaríamos a nos hospedar lá numa próxima vez.
