Atendimento maravilhoso

Quero deixar meu agradecimento à pousada. Um lugar simples, mas muito aconchegante, com atendimento maravilhoso que fez toda diferença na nossa estadia. Estadia de lua de mel em FN

Prós: A Gleice que cuida da pousada é maravilhosa, ela cuida da gente como se fossemos família, faz um café da manhã bem bom, com bolinhos gostosos, dá dicas de passeio e como economizar e acaba virando sua amiga. Ela é ótima. A limpeza do quarto também é impecável. A cama e o ar condicionado são bem confortáveis. A pousada fica próximo ao centrinho e a praias urbanas (15/20 min de caminhada), praticamente ao lado fica o Valdenio (restaurante famoso na ilha por ser bom e barato), ponto de ônibus e mercado, então a localização é boa. Contra: falta muito cuidado do dono da pousada em relação a ela, todos os hóspedes que chegam se assustam porque não tem reboco na parede, rodapés, alguma partes da pintura é suja (precisa ser renovada), o quarto e banheiro cheira a mofo/velho, as janelas poderiam ser trocadas e adicionadas telas para espantar mosquitos... Mesmo que a pousada seja simples, e isso é ok, falta uma reforma básica para cobrir os buracos e portas que estão se desfazendo. Os vizinhos da pousada também amam uma farra e perdem a noção do horário, o que pode prejudicar a noite de pessoas que tem o sono leve, porque realmente parece que a festa está dentro do quarto.

A pousada é simples me sentir em casa e o casal donos são extremamente simpáticos a Carla e o Ironaldo estavam sempre a nossa disposição em tudo que precisamos, café delicioso com várias opções, tbm bem próximo ao centrinho e a praia do cachorro, super recomendo, se voltar ficarei lá com certeza!

The hotel is comfortable, conveniently located, plenty of breakfast with variety. The owners are amazing. I am a vegetarian and was struggling to find anything but margarita pizza and getting bored of it. I asked if they had onions and tomatoes etc. They gave me all items I need to cook spicy onion tomato chutney and let me use their kitchen. I left my phone in the taxi but rememeberd as soon as the taxi left after dropping me, they contacted the taxi company and taxi driver and found my phone. They go above and beyond what we have booked.
