A estrutura do hotel é nova e muito boa, porém, houve problemas no ar condicionado, não funcionou a noite toda. Pela manhã na recepção várias pessoas com a mesma reclamação, para melhorar uma recepcionista totalmente despreparada em receber a indignação dos hóspedes. Quarto muito limpo, café da manhã bom, mas pelo atendimento da recepcionista não voltaria, na resposta que ela me deu o problema não foi geral, afinal foram "apenas" três andares de falhas no ar condicionado.

O quarto tem uma boa estrutura boa qualidade de roupas de cama e uma cama muito boa. O banheiro é muito ruim para tomar banho, não há divisórias entre o chuveiro e alaga tudo. no momento do check-in só havia uma pessoa no atendimento o que demanda um acúmulo de fila e a demora extrema. Sabendo que a hora do check-in é a hora de maior movimento deveriam se organizar melhor para agilizar atendimento. A falta de um espaço para carregamento de carro elétrico também seria um diferencial para atender a demanda crescente, já que o hotel recebe muitos hóspedes com veículo.
