"Lovely large room with a huge bed. Very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom also very spacious and has underfloor heating! Huge mirror with lightning and a radio. Our room also had a sink/kitchen area which was useful. The staff were helpful and friendly and we would not hesitate to stay again. Its very close to town centre and also has paid parking which is very convenient. "

"Asygarth Hotel is an amazing, the bar and amenties are furnished to a high standard. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff, and there is plenty of them are all welcoming and amenable. We had an evening meal in Palmers restrurant and breakfast too and both were delicious... We really enjoyed our stay"

"Upon arrival at the Grantham Arms, we were welcomed warmly by staff. The atmosphere was friendly and cheerful on the Saturday before Christmas. Our room was well-appointed and very cosy. The decor was stylish and comfortable with plenty of cushions and good quality bed linen and towels. There were lots of extras - we particularly liked the biscuits - and the tea and coffee making facilities were great. "Ideally placed in the centre of Knaresborough, we were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely with a generous bathroom attached. Plenty of teabags, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and fresh milk was kept in a small fridge. The chocolate was a nice touch alongside the complementary biscuits. It was very quiet and the breakfast was delicious. We will certainly visit again. "
