"The room and bathroom were clean. The housekeeping service was good. The front desk attendant was helpful. I was happy there was free available parking. However, it was good to have breakfast included, but some of the items were burnt two mornings in a row. Overall, it was a good stay."

"Property is in a good location, grocery shopping and mall is close but was not clean. Carpets are dirty and room musty, could be cleaned out better at the time we checked in. Smoke detectors in the room and main hallway were going off(when battery is out) and toilet was semi clogged. Not staying here ever again."

"I had an all around great experience was traveling for my nephews graduation the staff was very helpful and nice my tv wasn’t working in my room and in no time the front desk associate switched my room with no fuss. Will definitely stay here again thank you guys for being wonderful."

"I was excited to stay at this property because of all the good reviews. The first issue for me was that the rooms were outside rooms & my room was on the second floor. I am medically disabled and I can’t go up the two flights of stairs without assistance and I was traveling alone. I don’t recall seeing that it’s an Outside hotel but I could have missed it. I would have asked for a first floor room or not booked at this hotel if so.Someone in the parking lot helped me up the stairs which was a god send! Upon arrival to my room I immediately started sneezing & I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. I turned the fan on the a/c unit in hopes of circulating some fresh air in the room which only made my asthma flare up immediately. I sat my bags down and went to use the restroom. There was hair not only on the shower curtain but on the walls and in the tub. Because of seeing this I turned on the lights next to the bed to look over the bed. There was hair & stains on and in the bed as well. I did receive a refund which I was grateful for. As for the cleanliness I hope this was just an off day for the housekeeping department. The other things I thought were worth mentioning in case others have allergies or medical disabilities. Also the parking lot is smaller on the right side. I drove a Tahoe and it was hard to park & even harder to back out of the parking spots when the lot is full."
