The beds were very comfortable and staff very friendly. The price was right and we'd stay there again. It's close to everything. Ruby Tuesday right down the street. It was perfect for our golf outing and close to several golf courses.

It was ok. There were ladybugs in my room in several places. Not just 1 or 2 but several in almost every corner of the room and all around the window. Other than that, it was fairly clean.
Pros: Beds were clean, food for breakfast, staff was nice.
Cons: Outlets broke, shower doors stuck, hallways smell of smoke, parking lot dirty. Picture of a printed out sheet from manager treating to not pay staff in the break room that was visible to guests (the treatment is the problem not the me seeing it)
Should be 1/2 or at least 2/3 the price to stay here vs current rates to get this experience.
I booked this inn because I was getting into town really late and just needed a place to sleep until the morning so I did not care about amenities or needed anything fancy. But this was a mistake. There were roaches in the room. What appeared to be a bullet hole in the window. Smell of urine in the room. This was just not a good place to stay. Had I not checked in at 3AM I would have gone elsewhere. To add insult to injury the place is cash-only deposit so I had to pay an ATM fee to get cash. Never again. Only positive here was the polite front desk person.
You would think that it being by the hospital it would be a decent hotel, but there’s bugs a lot of homeless people and lowlifes over there. Also, right next to a club. Bad area bad hotel will never see again. Service was great though.
The building is shabby. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Room was decent, fairly clean. Severely dissatisfied when I turned on light at night to go to bathroom—little tiny roaches everywhere. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to possibly take critters home!

There is a night club next door. The speakers are setup in an area that is outdoors. The music was playing at least until 2 am. I was lucky to have some nose cancelling headphones. I was able to turn on my computer and listen to something that I could sleep to. But we checked in at around 8pm. By the time I understood what was going on with the club next door, it was too late to go somewhere else.
This hotel would do well to move to a new location. It was a terrible experience.
The staff was really amazing. I would give that guy a job any day. It's not his fault they are located next to a night club.
Overall, the stay was very unsatisfactory. I wish I took photos to show the condition of the room. This is my first time at a Red Roof Inn so, I was not sure how my stay was going to go. In summary, the staff was the best part of my stay. Everything except for the fridge and TV looked poor. The bathroom was barely functional and looked like it was suffering from rust damage. The water pressure was way off too. The bed made lots of noise and could not sleep through the night with how loud everything was outside of the room. The floor was not clean. I noticed this when I attempted to shower and so much dirt was stuck to the bottom of my feet. I reserved two nights but, I only stayed one. I had to leave because of a family emergency unfortunately or maybe fortunately. Either way, because I reserved and paid on this website, I can't get a refund for my reservation. The staff member I talked to tried to help me but couldn't because of this site. I think I'm just going to call the hotel directly for now on.

The room was clean, the bathroom also clean but seem dated hence some areas required attention. There was music blaring all night long that made it. A horrible night to sleep. There were people in the stairway smoking and when I stepped out to gather sometime from my vehicle there was a resident hanging outside the window smoking. We turned in our keys the next day , even though we were staying for 3 days. I spoke with clerk about the issues on the morning she said I should have said something and that she has had people removed and arrested. That told me a lot about this place. I asked for a partial refund but she indicated that since I had not said anything that they could do nothing. I expected that outcome based on my stay and the impression of the hotel. Needles to say will be my last time ever staying at this establishment.
When we entered the hotel there was a lady sitting around the entrance in a chair . She probably shouldnt have been there . We checked in and got the card . The lady that did check us in was very pleasant .The card didnt work . A lady across from us couldnt get in as well . We went to the desk to get someone to help us and the manager acted as though we were bothering him. When we got in the room it smelled of cigarettes. We had no towels no toilet paper. The sheets had dried blood on them . There was a flat sheet that had all kinds of snags. There was no flat sheet. Two thin old blankets . We didnt get fresh linen during the stay. When we went to check out the woman running the desk was busy chasing a lady with barely any clothes on with marks up and down her legs out of the front door. She came to check us out and took the cards . Barely said anything to us. No thank you for staying with us or hoped you had a good stay . We will never stay at a redroof inn again .

I am writing to express my utter disappointment and frustration following my recent two-night stay at your establishment. My experience can only be described as appalling, and I am compelled to request a full refund.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a nauseating stench of mold and mildew. It was so overpowering that I had difficulty breathing and felt an instant headache coming on. No amount of air freshener or attempts to air out the room helped diminish the unpleasant odor.
The nightmare continued as I encountered pests scurrying across the floor. It was horrifying to see such poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. Not only was this unsanitary, but it also made for an uncomfortable environment where I hardly felt safe or relaxed.
To make matters worse, the noise from other guests was unbearable. It felt like being smack dab in the middle of a fraternity house. Loud music, shouting, and disturbances persisted well into the early hours of the morning. Despite my calls to the front desk, the staff's response was lacking, and no efforts were made to ensure peace and quiet.
In all honesty, I have never regretted a booking more. This stay fell critically short of even the basic standards I expected and disrupted what should have been a restful visit. Given these severe issues, I believe a full refund is not just warranted but essential to compensate for this dreadful experience.
