"This hotel was fantastic and our favorite one of our entire trip to Croatia. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was amazing!! They greated us at our arrival with a cherry liquor and even gave us a cell phone with their reception phone number preprogrammed so we could reach them 24/7 if needed. "Everything has a feeling of quality. Location is good, on a quiet pedestrianised street about 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, front and old town. Our room was spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, supportive pillows and plenty of room in the bathroom. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful too, particularly in helping to get my wife’s glasses mended. "It was absolutely wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind. The room was perfectly clean. Right in front of the room window, we could see the bell tower of St. Domnius Cathedral. Breakfast was delicious—the bread, fresh vegetables, and local sweets were all satisfyingly tasty. We've never experienced such a wonderful hotel before."

"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I’m glad I chose Piazza Heritage Hotel — it’s beautiful and very convenient. The only complaint we had was that the air-conditioning unit made noise every half hour, which disrupted our sleep at times. But overall, it was a great stay. "The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety. "
