"We were only here one night, so it was sufficient. There was no hot water at all when we showered. There is also no pool here, so not much to do other than walk around. We got there at 11:00 & were told they could check with housekeeping, but it was 50% of the room rate to check in early, so we didn’t! We did get in around 2:00 though! The front desk staff was super helpful & friendly. "

"The hotel appears to be fairly new. The room smelt of fresh paint, clean and a good size. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchenette area was a good size. The location is approximately 15 minute taxi drive from the airport, which was perfect, especially with an early morning flight. The only disappointment is no onsite restaurant. "I stayed here because it's close to the airport, and I thought I could walk, but it's too dangerous to walk - you pretty much have to take a taxi, which is $20 each way from the airport. Also, I thought they had a cafe or something there, but there is no food (just a vending cooler), so if I'm paying $20 each way to get here, I'd probably stay somewhere else for the price. "

"Checkout was very very long! Order your taxi in advance and it goes by room number or name for that I almost missed my ferry because of the long checkout process. "We had a long layover so we decided to book a hotel near the airport. Communication before arrival was excellent and they responded quickly to our questions.. We arrived in the evening and later then expected due to a flight delay. Even with the delay, they had a shuttle waiting to pick us up. They also took us to the airport very easily in the morning the next day. Very pleased with the staff at the Lodge."

"The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are all upstairs with no elevator. This was a perfect stay for a night between islands. We slept comfy with Air conditioning. We had a small breakfast included with toasts, cheeses, butter, jams, and juice. It was also located in the heart of Papeete so you can walk to the brewery, food trucks, or the market at any time. Would highly recommend this place for anyone on a budget or anyone in between islands for a night or two. "
