"Couldn’t have better things to say about our stay. The staff helped us with everything we needed, at anytime we needed. The building and room was super clean and comfortable. Overall, this was one of our best experiences at a hotel. Extremely convenient to be right by Southwark station when commuting from Gatwick. Wouldn’t come back to London without staying here for sure."

"The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to the tube. The lobby and breakfast room were clean, breakfast was good with variety of choices. Check in was busy and took over 40 mins. Rooms on the 2nd floor were dated and my room had the curtains hanging off the rail, it was a twin room made into a double, so only one bedside table and a big dip in the centre of the bed as it was 2 singles shoved together. There was only 1 chair and the surface below the mirror was sticky and needed a good clean. Other than that it was very convenient for our trips around Westminster."
