"Have stayed here numerous times, Food is good & comfortable room."

"I had a pleasant stay at Rossett Hall . I only stayed 1 night d I was attending a family wedding. The room was spacious , very clean and fresh . The staff were pleasant helpful and welcoming. I didn’t have a cooked breakfast but enjoyed the cereals , fruit , yoghurt , juice and toast. I travelled by car but the bus stop is nearby for easy access into Wrexham or Chester. I recommend Rossett Hall for a short stay to visit the surrounding area."

"Amazing and super friendly staff"

"Nice Experience"

"Slightly disappointed that when I got there at 1500, I was told my room wasn’t ready, despite 1500 being the time that checking in starts. Sat around for 30 minutes while I waited for it to be confirmed as ready, but the man on the desk was so kind and polite and apologised profusely, and had exceptional customer service. Came down a while later to ask for a pen, and ended up speaking to another member of staff on the desk fro about 5 minutes and he also had exceptional customer service. The...

"The hotel is a little tired in places and needs a refurb. However, the staff were fantastic and friendly. The food was excellent."

"Clean room , friendly staff and great location for Wrexham football game."

"Great place to stay, nice rooms with friendly staff and good food"

"We just spent one night in Chester to visit the rows which is a reputation of the city. The hotel itself a bit far from downtown which takes about 20 minutes by walk. The room is a bit small with no view. There is no an elevator and the stairs is quite narrow. Pros are good breakfast, free car parking, and big bed. "

"Perfect location (two minute walk to daughter's house); excellent breakfasts, particularly the porridge; fun pub downstairs, loved a cappella rehearsal."

"Cracking hotel- great location for Chester, staff so friendly. The rooms are modern and super clean. Very comfy beds and they've made great use of the space. Pizzas 24/7, we didn't try but saw them and they looked amazing. Free cocktail on check-in. Free tea/coffee/hot choc machine. Will definitely return. Not much parking outside but not an issue at all as there's plenty of secure parking nearby."

"Check-in was terrible, they won't let us check-in because THEY cannot find a payment record from hotels.com It took quite a while and they did not even say sorry or compensate for how long it took even though it's their fault in the first place."

"Place excellent great staff nice food only problem was there was no chair in my room if you lay on the bed you fall asleep but great place"
