When we got there the room wasn't ready, and the lady was still cleaning, BUT, she and the front desk staff was so nice, I can't even complain. The room was spotless and so big... Only negative was that the hot water was not hot enough...I will be back soon!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Room was very spacious and clean, no carpet, plenty of room to walk around and bathroom was quite large. Everything worked perfectly, front staff was so nice and pleasant in the evening and at check out. Coffee bar open 24 hours and the free breakfast was a bonus. ...

Nice staff, clean rooms and breakfast. What more can you want. I stay 2.5 hours away and go to ECU health for Doctors appointments and other medical needs and we choose the Best Western Plus for our overnight stays due to the reason mention above and location.

Excellent room. Great in room amenities. Feels more like a luxury apartment than a hotel room. Extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean. This is a self service hotel.
