"The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We were vvery well looked after."

"Staff and quiet place"

"The actual hotel was clean and staff were great. However the restaurant experience was very bad. We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either. My nephews burger had a bad taste to it and he couldn’t eat it but didn’t want anything else to eat from there. The waitress seamed to...

"Great little flat- perfect for what we needed. Host was quickly responsive when we had a small issue (quickly resolved) Would recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"Beautiful rooms, I've never seen so many light switches and sockets to plug into ! let down by poor maintenance on the bathroom doors, which didn't close due to not fitting in the frame by a few cm! Maybe they were just being installed, but not great when you can't close the door. We had a very fancy fan, but would be cautious booking without air-con in the hotter times. "Staff were lovely"

"Great location for Historic Docks and Gunwharf Quay. The hotel was very good with all of the basic facilities that you need. Free parking at rear was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was good. Excellent value. Would use hotel again for our next visit."

"We really enjoyed our night here. The owners and their staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend."

"We love this place and the location. Highly recommend for a quiet re-charging yourself."

"Excellent facilities. Very spacious. Very helpful and personable owners."

"Extremely close to the Historic Dockyard. Good breakfast and the bar and service was very nice."

"The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach"
