"This property exceeded our expectations! Very spacious lounge and kitchen. The 4 double bedrooms were a good size with very comfortable beds. Massive bonus was that 2 of them had ensuites as well as another bathroom. The property was immaculate and is clearly looked after well. The location was very peaceful and remote. Daunting single road to travel from the main road for 2-3 miles however after doing it once it was a lot easier. Minimal traffic. Will definitely stay again!"

"The staff were attentive to our needs. We ate there on the second night of our stay. They food was lovely and hot when served. We did not wait for too long from ordering to getting our food. There were limitations on what we could have both on the food and drink side due to delivery issues. "Room was great with amazing views. Friendly and lovely staff.. Great location. Also, high compliments for the food we had there. We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. "Staff lovely. Bed comfy, sheets and towels clean. The room was ok but the shower room was full of black mould. In the room damp by the window. Really cold despite having a plug in heater. Expedia sold this as a stay with breakfast included, which it was not All in all disappointed. We have received a partial refund "

"Spotlessly clean room, staff very friendly and willing to help - recognised I need to use 2 sticks & immediately helped me with luggage. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast next door at Cocketts. Good banter at bar with landlord first evening. Slight downsides - old furniture, poorly fitting drawers, no wardrobe (though I didn't need one)"

"Everything was perfect, from the friendly check in by Neil to our check out by a lovely lass whose name I have sadly forgotten The breakfast was superb. The room spacious and clean. We were in room 4 and the only downside, for me, having a sensitive sense of smell was being woken in the comfy bed by the strong smell of bleach, it was even worse in the breakfast area.
