"We have visited Maggie Valley at least 5 times. This is the perfect place if you are on a budget. I also love that it's pet friendly. The rooms are very clean and the owners and the staff are extremely welcoming and will get you what you need, such as extra towels, trash bags, etc. There are so many local shops that are within walking distance. "Everything was clean and the room did not smell stale and stink like some rooms. The only complaint was the bed was hard and a little high for old fat people. I loved the creek outback. Listening to that and the rain was so peaceful at night. I would stay here again. I highly recommend eating at Guayibitos Mexican restaurant in Maggie Valley and Waylans and Honeys in Waynesville.
