"Beautiful location for this really special place to stay. We had two night here. Although we didn’t have great weather, it hardly altered as the hotel has lots of cosy places to sit and look out on the truly stunning gardens. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. Thank you to whoever found my husbands watch and called us so we were not too far away to come back for it! "Bit of a mix up with the bill when checking out but sorted quickly by the night manager. Restaurant service was slow especially if busy, staff were great . Spa was good. Would definitely stay again"

"A beautiful place, delicious breakfast though items were missing like bowls, spoons, milk, beans, sausages. We thought about going to get the milk for them. Disappointingly the steam room was out of order. Sadly, they no longer serve dinner but do offer small plates. The staff are fab, though one very noisy waitress at breakfast bashes things as she clears up. There’s a fire to warm you on chilly evenings. Enjoyed the games on offer with our nightcap. "I liked everything about the property. It is close to the train station. It is within easy walking distance to the old part of town. It has incredible views of Falmouth bay. The room was spacious and clean. The staff are very, very nice and knowledgeable. The restaurant is beautiful. The building has a lot of history. And, I had a visiting seagull hanging out on the ledge outside my window. Most cool!! I highly recommend this hotel."
