Room is good and tidy, They provide kitchen utensil, stove and microwave. So we able to cook if we want to. The main bedroom was abit hot at night, but over all we are happy to stay in this hotel/apartemen. Staff also very friendly and comunicative.

Nice place with a lot of potential

It was a nice place that has a lot of potential. It is at the entrance of falls creek village. It can do with a little bit of a refresh with new paint, new carpet and a little update but it has a lot of potential.

The property is quite dated, we paid over $1000 a night for the 2 bedroom apartment, overall was an older style apartment that the pictures over present. Location is good, staff are friendly however not worth the money we paid. Rooms has tiles missing in bathroom and doors were leaking cold air, locks need looking at on front door, rate it a 2 out of 5 for value

A Comfortable Place

Our 3 nights at this hotel were good in a comfortable spacious room, complete with a queen size bed. The little kitchenette was appreciated as it meant a leftover pizza could be heated up for another meal, given that there wasn’t a choice of dining options since most restaurants were closed for the season. The bathroom was spacious and basic amenities were provided. Being on the lower ground level meant that we could open the glass door and sit outside to catch the last of the warmth from the sun. Would recommend this to visitors to this area

Convenient, Comfortable, Spacious and Good Value!

This is our second time staying at the Country Club, everything is just as expected. We love the convenience of being able to drive up to the front door for loading/unloading. It's location right next to the Gully Chair makes it easy to get on/off the slopes. As with most on-mountain accomodation, we found the apartment gets a little too warm at times (opening the windows helped). Fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining/lounge area makes it very comfortable, nice to feel like home especially after a full day out on the slopes.

Discourteous. Dirty. Uncomfortable. Noisy. Scam.

First of all, the old lady manager was discourteous and nasty, she has no place being in the hospitality industry. She didn’t care about anything but seems to just want to get her salary even if the property rots and the owners goes out of business. The rooms were very unhygienic, just open the cabinets and it rots so bad like a roach nest would live there. They would not provide you more towels or amenities. The beds were terrible and hard. Dirty kitchen, cups and dishes. The walls are so thin that you could here people from the other room partying or jumping around. The whole place is falling apart. The location was far from the village where all the action happens. They charge for late checkout per hour of 50 dollars then scam you by asking you to leave after a few minutes without completing the hour. I would warn you to just check in some other place, anywhere but here.
