"We have stayed here often and were concerned because it had kind of went downhill and were thinking about changing where we stay. But they have changed management and appears they are trying to make things better. They were putting in new mattresses when we were there - we got a room with a new one, very nice! Also the breakfast was very good and they stayed on top of keeping things cleaned up. And one thing that hasn't changed, staff was excellent as usual, very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed both the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!"

"The property was in the Downtown which we needed. The area is typical downtown with the benefits of small really good eating places. The hotel caters to middle class people and has a great vibe. For the price it was a warm and friendly place with everything we needed."

"The property condition was okay. There was a humming noise in our room which was quite disturbing. I think it was the ice machine that was next to our room. The guest above us kept getting up throughout the night and kept stamping. This lasted into the early hours of the morning I’m not sure what was their problem. The heating system was noisy as well. Despite the noise issued expressed, the hotel was okay."

"Big parking lot, no lights for security. We dropped our trailer for an hour for dinner and someone was out around it when we returned. Shower leaked out on the floor due to water shooting out of the shower headin wierd streams and tub would not drain. Stain on bedding and towels were grey. Tv would not turn on. Air coditioner kept throwing a code and would work a while then stop so you would get hot and wake up. Constant covers off and back on. Poor breakfast selection and the guy at the front desk thought you were trying to steal his cereal and would yell for your room number. It was the most sketchy hoyel I have ever seen. The people around it were just off, i think that is just where those people gather because when you leave the parking lot it became normal."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty and rundown—it honestly shouldn’t even be available for guests. There was visible mold on the towel racks, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable. The pillows were paper-thin and uncomfortable, and nothing about the space felt clean or maintained. On top of that, the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised, which was very misleading. I would not recommend staying here at all. It’s absolutely not worth the money—save yourself the frustration and find somewhere better."

"Our room looked as though it was not cleaned. I had to ask for all new bedding due to ours being dirty when checking in. There were toenails all over the floor and it was dirty. I really don’t think our room was cleaned before check in. Very disappointed due to the price I spent. "
