I feel like they could have at least offered some hand sanitizer/wipes and a couple bottled waters. Once the water came on around 6 a.m., there was no hot water. We never had hot water before we checked out. Several days later the hotel worked with hotels.com to compensate us for the inconvenience but it would have been nice to be given a heads up before check-in."
