"Property is dated, however, it is reasonably well kept and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.
Only issue we encountered is our room smelt of cigarette smoke. The staff did everything possible to eliminate the odour and resolve the issue."

"We noticed a very bad stain on the wall in our room and when we mentioned it the front desk didn’t offer a solution other than letting housekeeping know. This hotel needs an update. The outlets are coming out of the sockets and it is overall rundown."

"Please have some signs which can help guests to find the reception counter as it can be confusing in the night. The thermostat in the room was not working as expected.
The Front desk staff were absolute great and very helpful. Thank you.

"Everything in the property was perfect.The spacious rooms ,The staff was friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations for nearby attractions. "Rooms are clean and quiet, staff is helpful when you have an issue and do the best of their abilities to help. As for the breakfast, it's available between 6:30 am to 11:00 am and has various options that were all great. A pool and hot tub is available in the basement and is usually empty. Overall a great experience."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. She basically said "late check-out you pay" but when I went to the lobby to ask a young staff, she said "no problem take your time". We only checked-out late by about 15 minutes!

"Check in wasn’t smooth. Took the person checking us in a long time to check us in then almost denied our check in because our credit card wouldn’t swipe on their system even though the rooms were pre paid. Then after arguing to let us check in we come to a dirty room… literal scum on the floor. Our room was never refreshed the next day either… Very disappointing."
