"The carpet and floor were sticky. The front desk moved me to another room, but it was still sticky. It had an old file smell on the carpets. I just left. I asked for my money back, but they didn’t give it to me. I left and found another place across town. I couldn't tolerate the smell and the old furniture there."

"I do not recommend staying here. The elevator was broken, there were ants in my room, and there was a domestic dispute in the room next door with the cops being called. We feared for our safety and left at midnight. The hotel staff was nice and offered to relocate us, but we were too afraid to continue our stay. "The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help. "We preferred to have a burner cook top rather than being given upon request a well worn induction unit and only a coated fry that was scratched.
