"This place was really nice and exceeded my expectations. The person checking us in was nice and gave us warm cookies that were so good. I’d definitely stay here again. Compared to Holiday Inn, this place beats them. "

"The room was exceptionally small. The toilet/shower room had to be completely shut to get by to the vanity and bed areas. The beds were worn down/old. the furniture was minimal and well used. Disappointing for the price that we paid. The rest of the facilities and staff were superb. The breakfast options were very good. The hotel allows pets, so of course there was a large size dog that barked in the hallway. Not the dog's fault, just poorly trained by the owner."

"Booked a family suite with 2 queen beds and a king, was given a family suite with a pull out couch instead of a second bed. There were no extra linens in the room- not even a sheet on the pull out mattress. The couch cushions were disgustingly stained white- I don’t even want to know whose DNA that was. Floors in the elevator were constantly dirty. This hotel honestly had the worst continental breakfast out of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at- and I’ve stayed at sketchy hostels that had breakfast included. Couldn’t get internet, nor TV service on the 3rd floor- had to use a hot spot so my kids could watch TV at night. "

"Next time I will bring my own dishes and silverware as Covid really hurt the hotel industry. Many of these hotels that provide kitchenets do not supply the tools they once did."
