The room was large clean. The furniture was small and not really useable which is probably why they keep the fridge, coffee maker, cups, and ice bucket in the bathroom. The cups next to the toilet was particularly puzzling. Plenty of parking here, and location is easy to get to and from different places in town.

This was a very nice Stay. Close to bird watching at Creamer's Field and close to the Fountainhead Antique Automobile and Fashion Museum. Food was good at the restaurant, actually, very good.

The "front desk manager" Jasmin was not very professional when I told her and showed her that I woke up to bed bug bites. Stay there if you want bed bug bites and unfriendly front desk manager.

Late arrival at the airport was no problem for the free shuttle pick up. 2:30 am check in was no problem either. Breakfast was expensive but most everything is in Alaska.

The person that picked us up from the airport at midnight was happy informative and went way beyond taking care of us. The room was large and pretty , best we've had so far. My only complaint would be no food, but actually that has been an ongoing problem. I love this place, I'd stay again.

Nice, quiet stay. Too high cost.

We were not part of a tour group, so it seemed pretty quiet. We were told by a front desk clerk most of the occupants were from tour groups, explaining an empty parking lot. It was also mentioned that if you were not part of a tour group the rates are much higher. This was disappointing to hear.
