โรงแรมใกล้ทางเดินแฟ็กเตอร์, Savannah

"We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,"

"Room was really nice. Lobby on second floor was nice. Key app was a little finicky but worked most of the time"

"Breakfast was wonderful, the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and the balconies were lovely. Absolutely coming back"

"East Bay Inn was perfect for our stay in Savannah. It is cute, charming, and the staff is friendly. The location near the historic riverfront and within walking distance of so many points of interest worked great for us. The room was larger than I thought it would be and it was lovely. I appreciated the earplugs since one night there was a lively group that had probably left the bar up the street and they were have a great time loudly conversing at 3 am outside on the sidewalk. The earplugs...

"Very small room for the price, with no specific amenities…. Good breakfast… valet parking could not insure security, and I had a full car which required unloading …"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this historic inn on the arguably most beautiful street in the US. The location is great. You can walk to lovely parks, boutique shops and downtown restaurants from this location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the welcome champagne, the evening wine and cheese, and the late night dessert. The breakfast was disappointing as was our smaller room on the lower level. We did spot nicer rooms upstairs...

"The hotel is right on the river front which was nice as there were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed and the pillows weren't flat! Another plus, free Klondike bars in the kitchens freezer. Nice touch."

"Nicole, the only staff member, was wonderful. A very sweet woman who served a great breakfast and made up the room perfectly.. The bed was very comfortable. However, there was no one else there to offer advice or tips about being in Savannah. It was our first time and we could have used someone there. Other guest houses for that price have a concierge. The bathroom definitely needs an update – – the sink did not drain well nor did the toilet flush properly. And the shower was from the 19th...

"We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

"great location! excellent gourmet breakfast. well appointed modern first floor room. would highly recommend!"

"This was the best of the three recent hotels I have stayed in visiting some southern cities (Savannah, Charleston, and Ashville). This is a true 5-star property. The room, staff, restaurants, rooftop bar/lounge/pool, really just everything was amazing and first class all the way. We have already decided as a couple that this will be where we stay on future trips to Savannah. We have both been many times and stayed at a variety of places, but this was by far the best."

"When we checked in we were told this would be the only place we'd want to stay when we visit Savannah. They were correct. This is an amazing hotel. We opted for the 1 bedroom apartment and loved every minute of it. It was cozy and welcoming. Very clean and organized. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want to do in Savannah. We parked our vehicle upon check-in and didn't move the vehicle until we left. Our next Savannah trip will most definitely include The Ann!"
