"Great hotel with spacious clean rooms, helpful friendly and welcoming staff. Tea and coffee, toiletries and towels in rooms. Well stocked bar and good menu for evening meals. Breakfast is a mix of continental and cooked and a good choice available. Parking on site is £6 but well worth it to have your vehicle in a safe, well lit space with cctv. I would definitely stay here again."

"Plenty of parking on-site. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was very nice and well stocked. The bar is reasonably priced and well stocked. Good, free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Thurrock retail park is about 15 minutes walk."

"Our booking was cancelled at 17.30 as we just pulled up outside of the property leaving me and my 2 young children stranded in London, nearly a week later i still havent received a refund"

"No money has been spent on the property for years, there are broken windows, mould on the paintwork, cracked tiles and much more. Music in the bar was blasting out to the early hours. We were booked in for two nights but went elsewhere after one"

"No shops nearby that I know. It is quite remote from town."
