Concierge Gabriel made sure we had the best stay and took care of all the tours and transportation. He is very honest and made other arrangements by upgrading our stay to ensure we well taken care of during our stay. The staff was very helpful and courteous at all aspects of our stay. Beatrice and Diana went above and beyond as waitresses. Definitely coming back!

Overall nice all inclusive resort. Pools were a bit dirty, rooms clean, staff nice.

The place was amazing. The food was delicious. We had 5 girls and booked a suite for 5. But it was in fact 2 separate rooms no connecting rooms like we were told. One room the beds were not double beds they were more like twin beds.
