The towels however were very small and not what I’d expect from a 5 star hotel, and I’d have also expected water in the room rather than having to ask for it. Would have been much nicer to have a coffee machine rather than small instant coffee sachets. A couple of these small changes would make it more of a 5 star experience. "We love our room. Christina was very helpful and the other guy. She was fast in communication. We also got picked up and drop-off at the airport from their services for a reasonable fee. Also when we decided in the morning that we needed to rent a car, she was able to get that car for us ready by 1000. Everyone involved was very helpful. My family was very happy during our stay. We stayed at the family suite with caldera view. "
