On the plus side the parking was good and there were nice views.
However it is very institutional - no flexibility about check in, breakfast chaotic as though they were not used to catering for more than just a few people and absolutely sweltering rooms. A small fan just moved the hot air round and the windows hardly opened. Not a good place in hot weather. No room servicing, even though an email said it would happen.
The Accommodation is what you would expect from a Hall of Residence, the staff were very helpful and friendly and Breakfast was fine. All very good for the price. My only real problem was the statement that EV charging is available. I would not expect that to translate that as EV charging is available at a dark car park 4-5 minutes drive away, which you can only use between 16:00 and 08:00 and parking is chargeable. (only a quid though)
Nice place to stay, good view of the countryside, room was basic but covered requirements.
Good selection at breakfast but it was graduation period so very busy.
Staff very pleasant and helpful.
If you want to walk to town be prepared for a long walk back up the hill but there are local taxi services
