"This hotel recently joined a new hotel group and is about to undergo a major refresh, which it definitely needs. My room looked sad -- no art on the walls, dull and dated decor, broken window shades, bathroom very clean but also dated. The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday, so there were no amenities available when I stayed there on a Sunday. The continental breakfast was unacceptable -- very small selection of sad looking pastries that looked like they came from the supermarket and hot...

"Check-in was easy and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom spotless and comfortable. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was perfect. Staff was caring and helpful led by the energetic and charming Sarah. We would not hesitate to stay there on our next visit to the area."

"We enjoyed our overnight at Lamie's. We stayed in the older section and the brick wall and 4 poster beds added a homey, authentic feel to the vibe of the Old Salt Tavern next door. Beds comfortable, room clean. The rooms & bathroom are a little small but perfect if your plan doesn;t include spending lots of time in your room. We came to visit friends in the area and had lunch and dinner at the Old Salt which was really convenient to just come downstairs rather than having to drive somewhere...

"Little concerned when I went into the lobby. It was small in size and a little dated. However the booms were great. Very clean and updated. The breakfast area was nice and had all the usual stuff including waffles. Indoor pool look nice. Parking was plentiful and big enough for our truck and trailer."
