Gave out information about the area and sorted out any queries you had. He was effortlessly charming, warm and helpful. Before leaving I made sure The Manager was aware of the excellence of Keiran. Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel

"This is the second time we stayed at the Mercure Hotel in Exeter. The rooms are lovely, very clean, and everything you need in it. The bed and pillows are both very comfortable. Staff are all polite and helpful. Unfortunately on this occasion, the air conditioning had broken down as had happened to other hotels in the city due to the extreme heat. There was a fan already on in our room and we were told we could open windows and ask for another fan if needed. We were also given free ice cold water and complimentary drinks at the bar. Nothing was too much. I would definitely stay here again."
