"The place was very clean, the staf was excellent I really mean it, the breakfast was like a lunch after you eat it. The water was warm and cool. The price is very high though. The only thing was that certain days in the shower warm water was giving noise like the pipe was going to burst. I will definitely stay there again"

"I really like this hotel. It is my go hotel when visiting family in Cali. I appreciate their service, staff and location. A coffee shop recently opened under the hotel and i enjoyed coffee there. "NO NEED"

"Everybody just made us feel at home ! They offered us a free room upgrade which made us even more wowed at the property! Stunning! Will definitely return !"

They also have drivers outside the hotel who you can rely on to take you...

They would not bring deliveries upstairs even though my wife and I had undergone surgeries. Finally, they double-charged me and blocked my departure unless I paid. Expedia attempted contact many times without success. I was at their mercy because I...
