"Forced downgrade, told we’d get a discount, paid more for downgraded room than what we could’ve reserved it for ourselves. Code to get into room didn’t work, on phone for 30 minutes while they changed the code. Would not go back"

"Great stay. Beautiful property. Stayed in one of the small cabins and enjoyed the fire pits and the private hot tubs. Staff was great and stay was great. Easy access into Rocky Mountain National Park."

"Elevator was out of service, unable to use luggage cart except via outside. Snowfall prevent from doing that. Construction in stairwell. Workers used hallway for work space, right outside our door. Also cold water plumbing issues - which other workers entered our room and left doors open. So now construction workers and plumbers outside room with our door left open while we out. Very poor lighting option in room. Breakfast was decent. Coffee very good. Staff was very friendly."

"Front desk staff were friendly and always helpful. They allowed us to drop off our suitcases early before check-in to free us up to go hiking. We were there during a snow storm and they worked hard to clear snow off the roads and walkways. Large, comfortable rooms and also a good breakfast. Highly recommend!"
