"The service was good the staff was very friendly and helpful. A few minor inconveniences like the remotes to the tvs not working, no WiFi upon arrival both of which were minor because I didn’t plan to be in the room for the majority of the day but you may want to come home unwind and watch a little tv. Besides that everything else was great, the have a really nice coffee shop on site and sometimes have a live band playing by the pool."

"The property was in a fantastic location. Beach front was amazing. The rooms were clean. Food was very good. Service at the bar was great. Pool was nice but needed some cleaning and curb appeal. The staff was great. The location was perfect to go sightseeing. It is not the Ritz but great resort for the price. We will definitely go back!"

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"The hotel is in a great location. The view was beautiful. You can see what cruise ships are in. The place was kept clean. The food was great. I read a review about the steps. Yes, there are so many steps and no elevator. That itself would get me to not stay again. I came across a couple of staff members who were not friendly, they were slightly rude. Because of this, I dinged them on the overall score. One waiter was not friendly. 2 front desk staff were not friendly. They acted like I was...

"Was really surprised with how nice it was. I Had two rooms booked and was pleasantly surprised to find that they were like small apartments with different bedrooms in each and full kitchen in one and kitchenette in the other. Would definitely stay here again"
