"Zero towels at the pools today’s in a row. Attitude from staff when asking for something. Blows my mind pay great money and get terrible service "

"Resort was old and needs work. I love the view of the ocean but staff was not helpful or friendly. Our TV did not work. I heard another customer stating their shower didn't work. Overall the outside of the property needs a makeover. The rooms were not bad. Close to airport but have to taxi everywhere which is 15 mins or more away and taxi charge per person so that became expensive. Would not stay there again. "

"The staff is what makes an average Marriot stay great. From the doorman to the housekeepers all were friendly and very helpful. The facility has long distances between the hotel and amenities. The rooms are average and dark, including the bathroom. Tried the Italian restaurant and waited over an hour for the main course. I would not come back."
