"Vi ville ankomme efter receptionen var lukket, men det var intet problem - jeg ringede der til og de sendte mig en kode, så vi selv kunne lukke os ind. Inden receptionen lukkede den dag, ringede en anden medarbejder end den, jeg havde talt med tidligere, for at sikre sig, at jeg havde fået en kode. Det er god service.
Hotellets værelser ligger i stueplan, og det er muligt at parkere lige udenfor på "egen" p-plads.
Værelset var meget behageligt, pænt og rent. Der var det, der skulle være, og...

"Staff was friendly and accommodating. We came in very late and they made arrangements for us to get our room key quickly and without complications. The hotel is historic so it is not new but is well kept. The beach walk/ trail is fantastic with incredible views. Would recommend and would return. "

"It couldn't be closer to the train station/ferry terminal. It took all of a minute to walk there. Checkin took one or two minutes. There is an elevator which holds three or four people. Walking in the old town area where the hotel is is a pleasure with all the shops and cafés. It's very close to Kronborg Castle as well. We did not take advantage of the breakfast so I have no comments about it. It's a good value hotel. I believe it's the same hotel where I stayed in 1979 and it is just as fine as...

"We stayed one night. We got in late, so the hotel manager knew who we were the minute we walked in. Our room was right down the hall. The hallway to the rooms is interior open space with nice decorations, and our room was right there, very fun classy entryway. Everything was just so neat and precise. It was perfect for getting settled in. The breakfast was beyond anything you ever get in the US. Really exceptional! And any staff we spoke with was polite and friendly and helpful. Top to bottom...
