"Awesome place "

"Clean, spacious and quiet room."

"The room was clean. The blanket on the bed felt much better than other hotels in the same price point. We did have an issue getting into our room as the card wasn't properly registered but it was fixed immediately. We were able to go to the pool. It was nicely heated. We also the tried the pub found on lower lower level. The service was slow but that was because only one person was doing the serving. We don't blame him for his unfortunate circumstance. "We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Unbelievably good - staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the room was spotless, the decor was lovely, the food was so good at both Janevca and the next morning breakfast buffet, and the little touches were SO awesome (coffee service, mini desserts, hand-written card, turn down service, etc.)!!"

"Very clean, nicely furnished, great staff, and some of these best amenities anywhere. TV with all the subscriptions. Cozy old-school pub in the basement with great beef burgers at bizarrely reasonable prices. Also attached hip diner but unfortunately don't open till 8am. Best yet: affordable pricing! Only downside: not a walkable destination."

"I have to say I was very impressed…especially with the wonderfully spacious room with super comfy beds! The location was perfect for a walkable weekend without the expense or worry of a car rental. My daughters and I enjoyed some amazing mornings sipping on complimentary hot beverages before heading out for a day of fun. I know we will be coming back to this hotel for sure! "
