"The property sits on a very hilly slope which was not only strenuous but exhausting. Day 2 at night, I realized I didn’t have hot water, especially at night which was very uncomfortable. My toilet handle was loose and I had to push it in and turn it to flush the toilet. I lost a ring and the staff attempted to help me find it but I’m not sure how it went missing and never turned up. I didn’t receive any help going down the hill to check-out but I also didn’t request it. I’ve been to other hotels...

"Common areas were nice and staff was generally courteous. Breakfast choices were limited but food was passable. Lunch menu and preparation was best of the three meals. Supper left a lot to be desired. Poor selection badly prepared. Would not recommend the all inclusive option for this resort. The grounds were very nice. "It was as the name said quite relaxing to stay at. The staff is friendly and accommodating and this property is situated in a really convenient location. The outfitting of the rooms were more traditional and not modern.
