โรงแรมใกล้เอสปาโซ ฮอลล์, รีโอเดจาเนโร

"Staff is helpful, but don't speak much English and do the minimum. Hotel is run down, towels not clean, room musty. Best thing is the wifi and a/c. Furniture not clean, stains. You can see that this is not the average/basic Novotel. Disappointed."

"It’s okay"

"Estava tudo limpo e organizado ! Café da manhã com bastante variedade ."

"I loved the proximity to the beach."

"Centrally located to the sports venue I attended. Walking distance to groceries and other food shops for fruits and snacks. Hotel had wide varieties of food available for breakfast & dinner. Price for dinner is reasonable. Staff were helpful, pleasant, courteous and always available to assist. The hotel was busy with guests for a sporting event but you could always find a staff to assist."
