"Unique authentic old inn very accessible from Heathrow "

"Toppen fräscht, härligt rum! Litet hotell med få rum, kändes personligt och mer som att komma hem till någon. Bra men liten frukost, serverades toast, kaffe/tea, youghurt och juice osv. Suverän mat i resturangen, väl tilltagna portioner, härliga smaker och fantastisk service. Hotellet ligger nära tunebanan Edgware road som tar dig lätt in till centrala delarna av London."

"Stay away at all cost, not recommended this place at all. Paid for a room with ensuite but assigned me just a room with shared bathroom. Rudeness from front desk was even worse, and that's after driving 5hrs to reach London for a 4 night stay. Pillows were dirty, bedlinen had not been changed, shared bathroom was like indian public toilet. I've used a T shirt around pillows as they had sperm marks. Contacted Hotel.com but no support either, they said not much they can do and issue being...

"Old historical pub which was only a short walk to Windsor Castle. It could do with a freshen up. Friendly, helpful staff made our stay most enjoyable. "

"There were stains on the bedspread provided. No towels were provided even upon request with the excuse that none had been delivered. No heat in room provided and it wasn’t rectified despite my complaints. No hot water in bath and when I wanted to leave and book another hotel I was told no one could assist me. I had booked 2 nights but I had to leave after 1 night because we just couldn’t take it anymore. I had to look for and book another hotel."

Many convenient pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, functional and reasonably sized for the price. (I have paid more for much less space in London)."
