"False advertising, stating online when I made the reservation that hot breakfast is served but that was false! Only coffee was available. No grab bars in the shower, no holders to hang towels, no mirror besides the one over the bathroom sink that didn’t drain well. No staff at the registration desk when we checked out. Had to call out for someone to come out. Hallway to our room looked like it has not been swept, stuff on the floor were there when we checked in, still there 2 days later when we checked out. However, we’re thankful that we were given accommodation. Thank you "

"Wonderful room with a king bed, full kitchen, and bathroom. The beach view was so peaceful and not obstructed. Staff is very friendly, the restaurant food is delicious, room service was prompt. "

"We had a good experience. However, there seemed to be some miscommunication between the front desk and room service. It took multiple follow-ups over a couple of days to get a crib delivered, and in several other instances we had to contact staff multiple times to get things taken care of. Also worth mentioning parking is $28 per day and the property is not responsible for the safety of your vehicle or for any damage or theft. "

"This place was amazing! The experience. The amenities. The shower!!! But why 3 stars! It would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground! The bed was insanely hard! Hello back pain. Geez. Can yall use a topper… anything! Food and drink was a little over priced. But going on a trip for rest, and sleeping on concrete. Geez. The price we paid for a weekend could easily buy 5-6 comfortable king mattresses off Amazon. Outside of that… the trip was great! But 3 stars is what you get for the back pain."
