The hotel was right at the base of mountain making access to the slopes fantastic. Staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were large and clean with a very good breakfast. The only concerns were the basement rooms close to the spa which had a musty odor. English was limited but that’s not their fault it just made communication a little bit of a challenge. Overall, a very pleasant experience, especially, tea and cakes at 5 pm!

Everything so amazing..leave hotel and get chairlift.. Snow wasn't ready, season hasnt open yet but Hotel services extremely good, amazing open buffet breakfast and mountain view and friendly stuff made our getaway priceless.. Worth every penny.. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

Perfect winter stay

Excellent stay with great service, specifically from Memet at the front desk. Most staff don’t speak English, so you might need to translate on your phone if you are a tourist. The breakfast wasn’t the best, considering it was cold and wrapped up due to COVID. The location though is excellent, right at the base of a ski lift and ticket sales centre. Rooms do not have kettles and tea/ coffee, but they are very comfortable. We had a suite which looked out onto the slopes. So quaint and beautiful.

Eşim ve cocuğum ile önceden satin aldiğim odayi, yolda tekrar teyit ederek hazır olup olmadiğını teyit etmeme rahmen gece 1 saat bekletildim, çocuğun yatağını acmak icin birisi gelecek dediler , yarim saat onu bekledik odada o da gelmeyince lobiye inip yastik ve çarsafları kendim aldım ( ekte resim ekledim) ve çocugu koltukta yatırdım, o sinirle gece uyku uyuyamadım. Çocuksuz ziyaretlerde ideal

Otel idare eder. Gece soğuk oldu. Çocuklu aileler için sorulması gereken bir konu. Odalar rahattı. Kına gecesi vardı. Ve gece sahipleri odamızın karşısındaki odayı kiraladılar. Kapıyı yavaşça üzerine çekmek yerine sertçe kapatan birinin gürültüsünü çektik gece 23 den 24 e kadar. Dayanamadık şikayet ettik sonra durdu. Çocuklar kork biraz. Genel anlamda iyiydi teşekkürler
